Getz is putting himself in position for the White Sox to consider him for a call-up to take over second base in the event Juan Uribe and Alexis Ramirez continue to struggle at the major league level.
Brad Nelson, OF, Nashville Sounds

James Houser, SP, Montgomery Biscuits
Houser pitched 5 1/3 innings and gave up 2 hits, 0 earned runs, walked 4 and struck out 5 in a 6-2 win over the Birmingham Barons.
